This involves using HIPPA-compliant technology and video to communicate and deliver care through a secured portal. We also utilize an electronic health record system (EHR) which protects and maintains confidential information. Services are like those offered onsite, with the added benefit of receiving care in the comfort of your home. Medications are sent electronically to the pharmacy of choice during the visit. Referrals and laboratory tests are also sent as needed


You will need a computer or a laptop with video and microphone capability. You will be provided a link to the video before your appointment. If you have any difficulty connecting, please call the office number or email us


We ask that you are in a location that provides privacy to maintain the confidentiality of your health information. Do not drive during your telehealth visit

Cash Pay or Private pay is available for Out of network or Cash Pay clients. Full Payment is due at the time of service for private/out of network clients through debit or credit cards.


 

  • Complete all intake forms before the appointment. This will save time and focus more on your health needs.
  • Current medication lists and other information needed for your appointment
  • Name, address, and phone number of your preferred pharmacy.


 

Emergencies occur, as this is part of life. We understand and can work it out together.  Appointments can be rescheduled at a more convenient time.  If you cannot make it to your appointment, we ask that you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This will adequately accommodate and allow enough time to get another patient on the schedule.
